Wholesale Shipping Policy
Order and Shipping Confirmation & Timing
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed that will include your order number, ordered items and dollar total. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route, and we are not responsible for any errors that result in our couriers being unable to deliver.
We offer courier (UPS or USPS) service.
Courier orders placed before 2pm on business days generally ship that same day and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order is en route. All courier shipments use ground service and we are not able to expedite shipping at this time. We ship from New York so your transit time will vary from 1 to 5 business days.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation and/or your order does not arrive within the noted timeline, please first track your order and if there is a problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA.
Shipping is free on all orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Damages & Refunds
Our policy only covers product that is damaged and reported within 5 days of receipt. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Should you find anything has broken, please do not handle the product to avoid injury.
If you received damaged product, please email email@example.com the following within 5 days:
- Subject line – “Damage – Order #xxxx” (quote your original order # please)
- Please include pictures of the damage, showing the bottles can’t be consumed, and any written explanation required.
- Please indicate if you would like replacement product shipped out (free of charge), or a refund for the damaged units.
Once we receive your request, we will review and reach out if we require any additional information. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with replacement shipment tracking or your refund. Requests will be processed within 3 business days.
